These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made through.

Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable consumer protection law.

Throughout these Terms, references to “we”, “us” and “our” mean UAB Govora.

References to “you” and “customer” mean the person placing an order through our website.

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to purchases of goods made by consumers through our online store.

Separate policies concerning delivery, returns, privacy and withdrawal from a contract form part of the information provided in connection with your purchase.

Where mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in your country provide greater protection than these Terms, those mandatory rights remain unaffected.

3. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs, specifications, dimensions, materials and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting and photography. Natural materials such as wood, stone, marble, leather and certain fabrics may also contain variations in colour, grain, texture or pattern. Such natural variations are not necessarily defects.

Dimensions may be subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances. Customers should review product dimensions carefully before placing an order.

Where packaging dimensions or other delivery-related measurements are provided, these may differ from the dimensions of the assembled product.

Product images are intended to represent the product as accurately as reasonably possible. Decorative objects, accessories or other furniture visible in lifestyle photographs are not included unless expressly stated in the product description.

4. Prices and Taxes

All prices displayed on the website are stated in EUR (€).

Prices include VAT where required by applicable law.

Delivery charges are not included in the product price unless expressly stated otherwise. Available delivery methods and the applicable delivery charge are displayed during checkout before you place your order.

The total amount payable, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted by us.

5. Pricing and Technical Errors

We take reasonable care to ensure that prices and product information are correct.

If we discover an obvious pricing, technical or product-information error after an order has been placed, we may contact you before accepting or fulfilling the order.

Where an obvious error has occurred, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount already paid.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

6. Orders and Contract Formation

Products displayed on our website constitute an invitation to place an order.

By submitting an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected goods.

After your order has been placed, you will receive an electronic acknowledgement confirming that we have received it. Unless expressly stated otherwise, this automated acknowledgement does not by itself constitute acceptance of the order.

A sales contract is concluded when we confirm acceptance of your order or dispatch the goods, depending on the order-processing procedure communicated to you.

We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance where, for example, a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, delivery cannot be arranged to the supplied address, or an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

Where an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.

7. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed, unless another payment arrangement has expressly been agreed.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers. Their own terms and privacy practices may also apply to the payment service they provide.

We do not ask customers to send payment card details by email.

8. Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability.

Stock information is updated regularly, but on rare occasions an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed.

If we are unable to supply an ordered item, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible. You may be offered an appropriate alternative where relevant, but you are not required to accept it.

Any amount paid for goods that cannot be supplied will be refunded.

9. Delivery

We deliver to the destinations made available through our checkout.

Delivery charges are calculated according to factors including the destination and the size or type of the items ordered. The applicable delivery charge is displayed before payment.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination, product availability, order size and the carrier used.

Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, goods must generally be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after conclusion of the contract.

For large or oversized furniture, specialist furniture transport may be required and a delivery appointment may be arranged separately.

Full information is available in our Delivery Policy.

10. Risk During Delivery

Where delivery is arranged by us, responsibility for the goods remains with us while they are being transported until they are received by you or a person designated by you.

This may differ where you independently appoint a carrier that was not offered by us.

If goods arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and retain photographs of the goods and packaging where relevant. EU consumer rules place the transport risk on the trader where the trader arranged the carrier.

11. Large Furniture and Access to the Property

Before ordering large furniture, please check that the item can be safely delivered into your property.

You should consider doorway widths, corridors, staircases, landings, lifts, turning space and any restrictions affecting vehicle or building access.

Unless expressly stated as part of the selected delivery service, standard delivery does not include removal of doors or windows, specialist lifting equipment, removal of existing furniture, installation or assembly.

If you are unsure whether a large item can be delivered into your property, please contact us before ordering.

This section does not limit any statutory right of withdrawal or other mandatory consumer right.

12. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers purchasing eligible goods online generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day the goods are received, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, you may use our electronic withdrawal function:

After an electronic withdrawal request is submitted, we will send confirmation of its receipt electronically.

Certain statutory exceptions may apply. In particular, the right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

Where such an exception applies to a product, this will be communicated before the order is placed.

Full information regarding withdrawal and returns is available in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

13. Returning Goods After Withdrawal

After notifying us that you are exercising your right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned within the applicable statutory period.

For a change-of-mind withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where you were informed of this obligation before purchase.

Large furniture may require specialist furniture transport and cannot always be returned using standard parcel services.

Where required by law, information or an estimate concerning the return cost of goods that cannot normally be returned by post will be provided before purchase.

Customers may inspect goods to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. A customer may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary for that purpose.

Further details are provided in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

14. Refunds Following Withdrawal

Where a valid right of withdrawal has been exercised, eligible payments will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, where applicable.

Refunds will normally be made using the same means of payment used for the original transaction unless another method has expressly been agreed.

Where required by law, the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method originally offered will also be reimbursed. Additional costs resulting from the customer’s choice of a more expensive delivery method are not required to be reimbursed.

15. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Goods

The statutory right of withdrawal is separate from your rights where goods are damaged, faulty or do not conform to the contract.

If an item arrives damaged, is defective, or does not match your order, please contact us.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue and photographs of the item and packaging where relevant.

Where goods do not conform to the contract, applicable consumer law may entitle you to repair or replacement and, where the legal conditions are met, a price reduction or termination of the contract and refund.

16. Legal Guarantee

Goods purchased by consumers benefit from the statutory legal guarantee of conformity.

Under EU rules, consumers have at least two years of legal guarantee protection from the date the goods are received, although national law may provide additional protection.

Any voluntary commercial guarantee offered by a manufacturer or other party is additional to, and does not replace or reduce, the consumer’s statutory legal guarantee rights.

17. Care and Use of Products

Customers should follow any care, assembly, maintenance or safety instructions supplied with a product.

Damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, unsuitable cleaning products, unauthorised modifications or use contrary to supplied instructions may not constitute a lack of conformity for which the seller is responsible.

This does not affect rights relating to defects or lack of conformity that existed when the goods were supplied.

18. Complaints

If you have a complaint relating to an order, product or service, please contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.

Please include your name, order number, contact information, a description of the issue and any relevant supporting information.

19. Alternative Dispute Resolution

If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly with us, consumers may have the right to seek out-of-court dispute resolution.

For consumer disputes falling within its competence in Lithuania, the relevant authority is:

State Consumer Rights Protection Authority
(Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba – VVTAT)

A. Goštauto g. 12
01108 Vilnius

Further information and the electronic consumer-rights system are available through the official VVTAT services..

20. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including branding, logos, text, graphics, page design and original photography, is protected by intellectual property rights.

Such content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, commercially exploited or otherwise used without prior permission except where permitted by applicable law.

Third-party trademarks, product names, photographs or other materials remain the property of their respective rights holders where applicable.

21. Privacy and Personal Data

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law and our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we process it, how long it may be retained and the rights available to individuals.

Information concerning cookies and similar technologies is provided separately in our Cookie Policy / Cookie Settings.

22. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses resulting solely from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in this section affects mandatory consumer rights, our obligations regarding conformity of goods, or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

23. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

There may be circumstances outside our reasonable control that delay or prevent performance, including significant transport disruption, natural disasters, government restrictions or comparable events.

Where such circumstances materially affect an order, we will take reasonable steps to inform you and minimise disruption.

Any mandatory rights available to consumers in relation to delayed or failed delivery remain unaffected.

24. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

If you are a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under applicable law.

Any right to bring proceedings before a court competent under applicable consumer or private international law remains unaffected.

25. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

An invalid provision will not be interpreted in a way that removes or reduces any mandatory consumer right.

26. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices or applicable law.

The Terms applicable to an order are normally those in force at the time the order is placed.

The current version and its most recent update date will be published on this page.
